CANCELLATION POLICY
Christmas Booking Cancellation Policy
At The New Conservatory, we kindly ask for a £10 per person deposit at the time of booking to secure your Christmas reservation.
• This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
• The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your event.
• Due to our limited capacity during the festive period, we are unable to refund or transfer deposits in the event of cancellation or changes to numbers.
