Allergy & Intolerance Policy

In accordance with UK food safety legislation, we provide clear information on all 14 legally recognised allergens and advise customers when these are present in our dishes.

Due to the complexity of our recipes and the use of sauces, marinades, and spice blends, it is not possible to list every individual ingredient on our menus.

If you have an allergy or intolerance that falls outside the 14 recognised allergens (for example, a specific spice such as Cajun seasoning or chilli blends), it is your responsibility to inform a member of our team before ordering. This allows us to advise appropriately and, where possible, accommodate your needs.

While we take all reasonable care in the preparation of our food, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace ingredients unless an allergy is declared in advance.
